I got a call from someone who said they were from BT Openreach, supposedly checking on how good my broadband was. She said she could help with an online update for my router to make the internet faster or more reliable. When I said no thanks, they switched me to a "manager" who tried to convince me but got really pushy. As soon as I mentioned the word "SCAM," they just ended the call. Sounds like a typical Indian call centre scam to me.
