These individuals assert that they're gas and electricity suppliers, claiming that we're not currently under contract and, as a result, are being overcharged on our electricity bills. It's quite puzzling how they can determine our overcharges without knowing who our actual suppliers are. Rather than addressing our queries, they seem more interested in gathering our personal information. We eventually ended the call, expressing that we're satisfied with our current payments, even if they might be a bit steep, and firmly requested that they cease contacting us.
