I let a call slip through my fingers.

I received a call informing me that my Orange account was set to be discontinued due to EE’s takeover, and they were winding up the Orange services. They provided me with a couple of numbers supposedly to obtain the PAC code for carrying my number over - one for Orange in India at 0800 0790005 and another, rather robotic-sounding one at 07973 100150. However, I haven't bothered to ring either of them yet. As far as I'm aware, the PAC code is primarily for unlocking a device, not for transferring the actual phone number. I also passed on my work email for them to send further details, but, rather predictably, there’s been no email in my inbox. I reckon I’ll reach out to Orange directly to report this dodgy call.
