Today I got the exact same call as on 12/10. The guy keeps claiming he’s Daniel Richard Rose, but it’s just a total scam, scam, scam.

Not much more to say really, but now the guy’s started calling himself Daniel Paul Rose, claiming he’s a bailiff from Northampton County Court.

I recently came across a rather intriguing situation involving the following individuals: Darren Hewlett, reachable on 0161-273-5955 or 07384-263499, who appears to be acting on behalf of J.S. Dexter, solicitors (sort code 09-01-28 account number 46168550). The underlying entities seem to be Dobson Media Services, and they're putting forth claims of an outstanding debt totalling approximately £4300.00 (or a whopping £5500.00 should the "bailiffs" decide to pay a visit if I neglect to settle up). This entire saga supposedly relates to some advertising services that I allegedly consented to over the phone back on 16th October 2014. It’s all very convincing, impeccably crafted, and seems remarkably polished.

The newest version of this scam mentions names like Darren Hewlett with numbers 0161-273-5955 and 07384-263499, supposedly representing S. Dexter - Solicitors (with bank details 09-01-28 46168550). They claim to be working for Dobson Media Services, demanding a debt of about €4300, or roughly £5500 if the “bailiffs” showed up and I hadn’t settled up. Apparently it's for advertising services supposedly arranged over a phone call back on 16/10/2014. Sounds pretty convincing and well-rehearsed, definitely slick stuff.

The most recent version of this involves the following individuals: Darren Hewlett at 0161-273-5955 and 07384-263499, acting on behalf of: J.S. Dexter - solicitors (Bank details 09-01-28 46168550) whose key players are: Dobson Media Services. They’re claiming I owe around £4,300.00 (or about £5,500.00 if the 'bailiffs' decide to show up and I haven’t settled) for advertising services supposedly confirmed over the phone on 16/10/2014. The whole setup is exceedingly convincing, smooth, and meticulously crafted.

I got a call saying it was from high court enforcement about some charity for school books. They said we owed more than £5000 and that the case went to court but we never turned up. They then asked for bank details to send £3000. Dont fall for this, its a total scam.

Total scam! This bloke said he was from the high court enforcement, demanding £4,000 but said if I sent the money quick by bank transfer, it’d be £3,000 instead. Real bailiffs always come round with proper proof of a claim against you and show legit papers right away. Never send cash without checking with the cops first - ring 101 and speak to a police non-emergency adviser. Honestly, this stinks of a con. Beware!

Received a phone call from a chap named David Piggott on Thursday, 10th August, around 5 PM. He asserted that there was a court order issued in Manchester and that enforcement agents would be arriving at my location within the next 45 to 60 minutes. I reached out to Trading Standards and they were quite supportive, thanks to the assistance of Citizen's Advice. However, it was only when I contacted Manchester County Court that I discovered there was no order registered under my name at all. They even searched for the phone number I had received for Mr Piggott and uncovered immediate warnings about a scam. It was a rather unpleasant situation, but thankfully I had enough common sense to question the authenticity of the call.

I received a call from an individual named Malcolm Banks, claiming to be with National Debt Recovery. It seemed like an attempt to pressure me into making a payment, which raised all sorts of red flags about potential fraud. The number that appeared on my phone was 07871 189838. Be cautious, folks-this doesn’t seem on the up and up!

Just a quick heads-up to anyone who might be interested - I’ve found myself in a similar predicament. It seems that Stuart Wheeler is tangled up in a dodgy scam involving counterfeit police magazine ads. The number he’s been ringing from today is 07783808198. So if you get a call, it’s likely that it’s him!

About three months back, I had a rather disturbing encounter with a chap named Mark Taylor who rang me up. He was quite menacing over the phone, claiming he had court documents and that bailiffs were en route. Then, on the 26th of June, I received a similar call from someone named Stuart Wheeler, echoing those same threats. Every time I've brought up involving the police, they’ve abruptly terminated the call. I've since reached out to Action Fraud about this troubling situation; it’s been incredibly distressing. So, beware of these callers: Mark Taylor and Stuart Wheeler!

Today, I received a phone call from a chap named Mark Taylor using the number 01612735955. He claimed that I owed an advertising firm named Underwoods over £2000 and warned me that bailiffs were en route to my business premises. When I requested a case reference number, he failed to give me one. Interestingly, he also called me from 07519331986. I've reached out to Action Fraud regarding this matter. It turns out, Mark Taylor is not a certified bailiff, and the call seems to have connections to the Northamptonshire County Court Office. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!
