Beware, this was a total scam about an HMRC tax refund! Such a horrible experience! They made me cry and kept me on the phone for like half an hour, threatening me with court action. What really shook me up was when I told the woman (who claimed to be an officer) that I had an 11am shift and couldn’t talk, and she said two police officers would be at my door in 20-30 minutes to serve a court notice - telling me not to go to work. She even rang me from 02079476096 to convince me it was legit! Please, never share your postcode or full name with these people!
