BEWARE! I'm getting loads of calls like this these days. Just today, an automated lady said she was “Nicole from BT” claiming my IP and internet had been hacked and would stop working in a day unless I hit 1 on my phone. Don’t fall for it, don’t answer or press anything. Just hang up and make sure you report these scammers ASAP!
