Got a call saying my husband supposedly signed up for some software plan, which he definitely didn’t. I told them straight we never got any software deal, and they just blurted out “are you sure mate, you did” - sounded like some Asian bloke, maybe Vietnamese or Chinese, who couldn’t even tell a woman’s voice from a male name. I didn’t bother hanging about, just ended the call right away.
