Its all a trick to make you install CALL BLOCK, Its really annoying, no matter if its Manchester, Leeds, Lea Valley, Slough or Swansea. They ring you maybe 4 times a day just to pressure you into getting the Call Blocker. They actually control most of the call blocking companies as well. Seems like the gov is fine with this scam, just ignoring it while being greedy for VAT and letting these dodgy businesses run wild.
