I suspect this could be linked to ACCENT HOUSING, or perhaps another alias of theirs, as it seems to be the same organisation. It feels like they’re probing to gauge your level of satisfaction regarding a service, regardless of whether it was fulfilled or not. It’s quite bothersome receiving these calls, especially when you have to interrupt what you’re doing just to pick up the phone. I genuinely wish they'd cease their incessant botheration.
