Co-op Estate Planning called me again today, even though I already told them a few months back I wasn't interested. Are they trying to push Estate Planning or just selling funeral plans? Really bad manners in my opinion.

I asked for a brochure about their funeral plan, and on the very day it arrived, I got a call from them. I explained I hadn’t had a chance to read it yet and mentioned I was off on holiday, so would review it once back. Despite this, they called me while I was away, and since the 31st May, I’ve had over a dozen calls! I’ve blocked the number now, but they still keep ringing every day. I’ve emailed them to say I’m really unhappy with how they’re handling things and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Truly shocking behaviour for a funeral provider!

Seems like this has something to do with Co-Op funeral plans. I’ve just bought a plan from them and also just arranged a relative’s funeral through them. I’m honestly quite annoyed by the pushy and insensitive calls they've been making, especially right now. It’s really making me think twice about whether I want to keep my plan with Co-Op or ever use their funeral services again.

It seems that these calls are linked to Co-Op funeral arrangements. I've just taken out a funeral plan with them, and I have also been involved in organising a funeral for a family member not long ago. I must say, I find their aggressive and thoughtless behaviour quite distressing, particularly given the circumstances, and I'm seriously contemplating whether to terminate my agreement with Co-Op or reconsider using their services in the future.
