the person on the phone called me by my name and claimed i’d asked for info on how to make cash from trading stocks or something. i told them they must have got the wrong person and asked them to take my info off their list. instead of apologising, they tried to say it was my fault for not remembering any request, then just ended the call! quite rude and gives zero care about data privacy rules.
