some lady called me up saying she’s with her majesty’s team and started hassling me about some unpaid tax money! turns out it's one of those classic scams where they pretend to be from a bank or credit card company. these scammers, often from india, try to freak you out by claiming you owe tax to the govt and threaten to send police round within an hour if you don’t sort it over the phone! definitely just a scam, don’t fall for it.

Got a recorded call saying they were from HMRC with some legal case going on and to press 1 for info. Didn’t press anything, just ended the call straight away.
