This wasnt a spam call. It was actually about home improvement options like insulation. I had put in an application for the warm home discount, but my house didnt qualify at first. Then they phoned me back to say they might be able to include houses like mine in the grants soon.

Got a call from a bloke claiming to be carrying out a council survey about eco upgrades, but I’ve already been through all that. He tried to book an appointment, but I told him I never got any official heads up from the council and wasn’t keen on letting some stranger into my home. After that, he switched to a rude tone, which was a bit unsettling, especially since he seemed to have all my personal info. Proper creepy, if you ask me.
