chucked onto my annoying calls list right next to every other pain in the neck I get calls from.

they keep ringing me no matter what ive blocked the number but then they ring from a different one. ive told them nicely to stop but still keeps happening. sometimes i just ignore it but other times i have to tell them to shut up.

ppi/ambulance chasers rang me up, used a totally fake name and then said the number was correct but the name must be wrong in their system. i told him his database was rubbish and to remove my number from it, then gave him a bit of a hard time. these lot really deserve all the hassle they get. what they do is just pure harassment.

I would avoid answering with a straight "yes" or "no" when they ask anything. They might tape what you say and use it later to scam you.

Had a call from some ppi claims lot, but when I just asked them nicely to remove my number, they did it no bother. No need to be rude to them, they’re just people like us.

Got a call from some compensation firm, the name ended with "solutions" but I missed the start. Told them to remove me from their contacts.

they kept ringing for months and i just stopped answering. when i finally picked up, 1. made me wait like 10 mins with some rubbish music and a silly cartoon voice saying ‘your call is really important’ 2. sounded like they said 'grazier' or something 3. told me to press 1 to stop getting calls 4. well, i'll believe it when i see it. stay tuned!

This might be a fresh number that's now being used by scammers or spammers, since I'm the very first to comment. Not sure if its much help though as I never pick up for numbers I don't recognise. I've also stopped sharing my mobile number with businesses because they never seem to honour when you ask them not to share it.
