Had a call from a guy with an Indian accent claiming he could sort my home repairs. He wouldn’t tell me what part of the country he was phoning from, and when I asked how he got my number, he said it was off some list from the Housing Repair Department. I tried asking who he wanted to talk to specifically, but he just refused to say and then cut me off! Seems dodgy to me.
