Got a call from someone saying they were from a housing association, asking if I had problems like mould in my place. The person spoke English with a very thick Indian accent. As soon as I told them everything was fine, they just ended the call. I've blocked the number now - pretty sure it was a scam.

He didn’t say his name but said he was calling from some housing association. I own my place so it was odd, he was trying to check up on some repairs through a HA or something.

Somebody rang me saying they’d pay for any damage to my place, like flooding and stuff, but honestly it felt dodgy, like they were just trying to grab my info for a scam.
