I got a call from someone claiming I had 0.57 bitcoin waiting for me and that they could help me unlock it. Then they asked me to click a sketchy link from dropstab.com. I had a bad feeling about it and just said no. Definitely sounded like a crypto scam.

It's definitely a scam, so best not to pick up!

Didn’t pick up as it was a number I didn’t recognise. These days you have to be really careful with potential bank frauds.

I didn’t pick up and let it go to voicemail. There was an American lady’s voice saying if I hadn’t approved a payment, I should call back. Didn’t say which bank or how much the payment was about, so it’s clearly dodgy. I’ve heard that same recorded female voice before on loads of scam calls. I’ve blocked the number now, but they keep ringing with different last few digits every time.

Got a call at 09:50 and as soon as I picked up, I replied in a quite firm, business style voice, the call dropped right away..

Got a call a moment ago from this number here in Swindon. It was one of those pre-recorded messages saying they'd spotted some dodgy transaction on my card for train tickets. Honestly, sounds more like they're the ones trying to scam me!

Here we go again with the scam calls from India - a charge of £120 for a train from Edinburgh to London showed up on my card, which I've never used for that before. This comes after a dozen similar calls over the past month. The latest rang just half an hour ago from 02827180050. I hit 2, thinking I’d reach the "city police," but ended up speaking to a woman with an Indian accent who said she was from the bank’s security team. I pointed out the message said city police though, and she insisted she was with the bank security. After I repeated myself, she just hung up on me. Proper dodgy!
