Phone firms and service providers really need some rules in place - if a business uses a line, there shouldn’t be any cold calls allowed. And companies selling numbers to others without consent must be stopped. This cold calling and number selling nonsense needs to end. Unless I've agreed to share my details, I don't want to be bothered. It’s proper annoying!

I've had enough of this number continually pestering me. I've blocked them, but they seem to have a whole slew of alternative numbers because they just won't let up! It's becoming quite tiresome having to repeatedly block them.

It aint PPI, its always something else like Windows. If not that, it's funeral fees or Sky calling (they buzzed twice on a Sunday but still no discount offered). And now these jokers. Seriously, ####dont pick up if this number shows up####

Had a look into the firm named and it’s run by James and Natasha Slater who have already "wrecked" a couple of companies previously - The last one was called "Your Insurance Vault Ltd". Now they operate as "Your Vault Ltd". Both old firms were forced to close down after they never submitted any accounts, owed cash and then simply bailed and set up a fresh company.

Absolutely fed up with these persistent callers! They had the cheek to ring us at 11:40 last night, when we were well tucked up in bed. It’s non-stop! Such a right nuisance, isn't it?

The Insurance Vault called me for the second time today. I tried to be polite and explained I've asked them many times to remove me from their list. But the bloke just talked over me, being really rude and pushy. He even said he was too busy and had to 'get on with it' before hanging up! They've interrupted my work twice now. Totally ridiculous! Avoid them at all costs!

Simply respond with a sharp "GET LOST" and hang up straight away. They're nothing but dodgy con artists who capture your replies and manipulate them to make it sound like you’ve consented to a deal. Avoid engaging further!

I've been getting daily calls from these chaps, and it’s always a different number. Today, a rather courteous gentleman informed me that I had more than £2,000 waiting for collection related to PPI. He sounded rather believable, but I realised immediately that it was just another scam. It begs the question, how on earth did they get hold of my first name? I’ve had quite enough of their antics. Every time I block one number, another pops up almost instantly. It's high time these tricksters were put a stop to before they catch someone off guard.
