01612415587 rang me twice, I answered but no one spoke. I sent a polite text ending with "please stop." Hopefully they get the message as I've blocked the number now. Phone firms and service providers really need some rules in place - if a business uses a line, there shouldn’t be any cold calls allowed. And companies selling numbers to others without consent must be stopped. This cold calling and number selling nonsense needs to end. Unless I've agreed to share my details, I don't want to be bothered. It’s proper annoying!

It aint PPI, its always something else like Windows. If not that, it's funeral fees or Sky calling (they buzzed twice on a Sunday but still no discount offered). And now these jokers. Seriously, ####dont pick up if this number shows up####

Had a look into the firm named and it’s run by James and Natasha Slater who have already "wrecked" a couple of companies previously - The last one was called "Your Insurance Vault Ltd". Now they operate as "Your Vault Ltd". Both old firms were forced to close down after they never submitted any accounts, owed cash and then simply bailed and set up a fresh company.

So annoyed, they even called us when it was 11.40 last night, after we had already gone to sleep. They just keep ringing non stop. Proper nuisance.

The Insurance Vault called me for the second time today. I tried to be polite and explained I've asked them many times to remove me from their list. But the bloke just talked over me, being really rude and pushy. He even said he was too busy and had to 'get on with it' before hanging up! They've interrupted my work twice now. Totally ridiculous! I get calls from these lot daily, always different numbers. Today a bloke rang, really polite and pretty convincing, telling me I had more than £2,000 to collect from some PPI claim. Right from the beginning, I knew it was a scam though. How on earth do they know my first name? It’s so annoying! I block one number and then they call from another one immediately. It’s about time someone put a stop to these scammers before they manage to fool someone proper.
