I received a call from someone who inquired, "Have we thought about promoting our business on Google?" We hung up, but they immediately rang back twice in quick succession. We cut the call short both times. I’ve reported this to the Telephone Preference Service, although I'm not holding my breath for any real results. Honestly, it’s galling that these individuals can even make calls when they clearly don’t know how to conduct themselves properly. They really ought to be barred from using phones altogether!
