I received a call from someone inquiring about the names of our Directors. As a mere support staff member, I'm not privy to that sort of information. We directed the caller to get in touch with the company directly, but instead of hanging up, she insisted on keeping the line open! She held onto it for what felt like ages, until the automatic cut-off finally took effect. My premium support line will be operational again shortly, and I do hope he decides to call back :P. The caller claimed his name was 'Alan Willis.'

I've come across an online marketing agency that seems to be peddling itself as an AdWords reseller, but I didn’t catch the name of the company. It’s a tad concerning, given that there are only five recognised AdWords resellers in the UK: Infoserve, BT Business, Yell, ReachLocal, and Portfolio Europe. Notably, Infoserve has recently lost its reselling agreement, which raises some eyebrows about the legitimacy of this operation.

I received a call from someone inquiring about the names of the directors, which was quite puzzling! As someone who deals mainly with support, I've no clue who those higher-ups are. We told the caller to get in touch with the company directly and tried to end the conversation, but they seemed determined to stay on the line. It felt like she lingered for an eternity, and I reckon the automatic disconnect had to intervene eventually. My premium support line should be functioning shortly; fingers crossed he gives us another buzz! The caller introduced themselves as 'Alan Willis.' Odd, isn't it?
