When I informed her that I was indeed his wife, she firmly insisted I was female and demanded to speak with my partner, claiming I was wasting her precious time. It was quite clear to me whose time was truly being squandered! How cheeky of her to assume she could dictate who sounded like what. I told her she was being rather impolite and promptly ended the call. To my surprise, she called back again! This time, I handed the phone to my husband, and she had the audacity to tell him to instruct his wife to stop being unpleasant and to ‘grow up'. What a laugh! Turns out it was just a dodgy life insurance scam.

I received a call from a gentleman with a thick accent who was insistent on discussing my life insurance, which I don’t even have. To top it off, I’m not interested in acquiring any either. His manner was quite impolite, and he kept mentioning something that sounded like “cava.” Eventually, I decided to hang up.
