Today, 28/8/13 around 5.35pm, i got a call where they asked if it was me by name. They said they were from a place called Exchange and wanted to know about any loans i might have. When i asked for their address, they said Universal Square on Devonshire Street North, Ardwick, M12 6J. I questioned where they found my details and was told just "Sources." Then i asked for their company registration number but they said it was their phone number instead. After I kept questioning them, they just hung up on me.

Plus, I keep getting about ten texts every single day claiming I’m owed £2356 for a PPI claim or some accident I’m supposed to have had - which is totally untrue! It feels like harassment, and honestly, I’m thinking about looking into legal steps against them. If these calls cost me my job because they’re coming through my work line, they'll definitely have to answer for it!

I picked up the phone and this robotic voice said they’d tried getting hold of me but couldn’t, so they’d ring again later. Not a word about why they were calling though, which was weird. I’ve never even had credit before, so it really threw me off. Proper baffling.

Got a call from a bloke named Jacob claiming to be from Home Finance. He asked for me straight away and said it was about some debt issue I supposedly had. I told him I had no idea what he was on about and that he was wasting his time. Then I told him to take me off whatever list he had me on.
