We received a call from this number, and we're under the impression it's linked to a company that previously operated under the name PSCA. The chap who called himself Matthew Goodman seemed quite familiar with their usual routine. Having been contacted by them in the past, I recognised the pitch immediately; the mention of a government conference gave it away. It’s safe to assume this is the same outfit. Our recommendation? Simply hang up and spare yourself the nonsense.
