From what I’ve read in the reviews, looks like they’re ringing back trying to push for insurance or get you to do surveys. Glad I didn’t pick up! We already filled out their surveys online anyway. If my mate had any issues, we would have let them know by now! Why are these companies so pushy?

I missed it but looked it up on this site to find out who it was. I saw some comments here earlier (now they seem to have disappeared - curious!) saying AO was trying to push product insurance - sounds about right to me.
