I find myself inundated with calls from this company, claiming that one of my employees has sought debt consolidation. The moment I mention that this isn't true, and that I'd like to speak to a manager regarding potential identity theft, they promptly hang up and call back either later that same day or the following one. It’s quite astonishing how unprofessional they are! Honestly, I wouldn't even bother answering your phone if they ring you!

I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with this company who constantly bombard us with phone calls, claiming that one of my employees has sought debt consolidation help. The moment I tell them that they’re mistaken and request to speak to a manager about potential identity theft, they promptly hang up and then it’s rinse and repeat the following day or sometimes even later that same day! Truly, I’ve never encountered such a shambolic outfit! Just avoid answering if they ring you!
