Got a call from a woman claiming my computer’s licence was about to be taken away - a licence I’d never even heard of, and the place I got the computer from never mentioned anything like it either. She said this was the Computer Licensing Department in Manchester and gave me the number 0161 2314200. Sounds like some kind of scam to me.

Someone gave me this number saying it was the licensing team for Windows, but I’m pretty sure they aren’t connected to Microsoft at all! I haven’t called back cos I reckon it’s dodgy.
