Does anyone know who this number belongs to?

I keep receiving calls from this number on both my home phone and my mobile-it's becoming quite tiresome, to be honest. When I pick up on my mobile, the caller asks for someone named Sukhdev Kaur, who isn’t me at all! On the other hand, every time I respond on my landline, the line just goes silent abruptly. It’s baffling, really. I’m fairly convinced it’s a claims agency or something along those lines, but I can’t say for sure.

I've been receiving persistent calls from this number, and I tend to ignore any calls from unfamiliar sources. If anyone has any insight into this, I'd greatly appreciate it. I have a sneaking suspicion it might be a claims firm, though.
