called a landline on the 12th of november, 2019. when i picked up, nobody said anything back.

Got a call from a Manchester number, 01615051509, like 10 mins before this one. Both times the calls ended right when I answered. Someone on here said these are probably to check if your number is still active, then they start ringing from other pricier numbers. Bit sus if you ask me.

some bloke called me and somehow already had my name. he asked if i was getting dodgy phone calls, i said “yeah, this one’s exactly that.” he kept denying it, going on with no no no, while i kept insisting yeah yeah yeah. after going back and forth like that a few times, he just hung up on me. this isn’t the first time either, a few months back i almost ended up handing over nearly a hundred quid to make the calls stop. obviously, that just means they have your info now. be careful and tell your mates!

Got two calls earlier, but they never left a voicemail or anything. It was from the same number today. Definitely spam, level 7.
