I got a call from this number claiming to be from BT’s security team, saying there was an issue with my phone line. When I asked for my account info to check if it was legit, they said they couldn’t give me any details since they were just the security dept. They said I’d need to talk to their tech team, which they couldn’t connect me to. I told them straight up that it sounded like a scam and hung up.
