Me and my workmates have only seen it used by those types of companies. It’s clearly a scam and needs to be banned legally! When I mentioned I was on jobseekers allowance and hoping to sort a debt relief order, he claimed "You can't get a DRO if you're on JSA. We can deal with your debts for just £25 per week." I honestly couldn’t believe what I was hearing, told him to get lost and ended the call. Seriously, who on JSA has £25 a week spare to pay off debts? Absolute joke! - caller: Baines and Ernst
