Visited the Apple store regarding an iPhone issue, and what a total con it was! When I rang them up, the automated voice informed me that I was in a queue and would be attended to shortly. After hanging on for what felt like an eternity-about twenty minutes-we decided enough was enough and hung up. To top it all off, the call was costing me 23p a minute! Just ridiculous, really.
