Said he was from my insurance and then switched to saying he was from windows are us, proper rude bloke. I told him to get lost straight away. When I mentioned I’d seen online that they were scammers, he wanted to argue about the bad reviews and told me to stop wasting their time and to stop phoning me. Best to avoid them, they’re just after your personal info to file a claim. They also said they were my insurance underwriters. When I questioned him, he put me on hold but didn’t actually mute the line and I overheard him having a right go at me. Proper muppets.

Really pushy about that PPI stuff, they werent very professional at all. Didn’t seem to accept no for an answer. After about ten minutes I had to tell them to stop calling me and that I wanted to end the conversation immediately.

Got a call from a PPI firm who were really pushy trying to sell something. When I asked them to remove my number from their list, the woman on the other end got quite rude and started swearing at me. She kept saying she was just doing her job but got annoyed when I told her I hadn’t asked for the call. I’ve since blocked the number so hopefully they don’t ring me again.
