I received a call from someone who asked to speak to the business owner. When I politely asked for their name, they responded by asking for mine instead. I found this lack of professionalism quite concerning and let them know that they should have introduced themselves and their business before making any requests. In return, they rudely remarked, "No wonder you went out of business," and abruptly ended the call. The person on the other end seemed rather disheveled, like someone desperately in need of a fix. If they happen to contact you, I suggest informing them that you will transfer their call and then putting your phone on mute, leaving them waiting for 10 minutes before finally hanging up. Afterward, it would be wise to block their number from future calls.
