I had a rather unpleasant encounter with a very rude woman today. When I politely informed her that we weren't interested in what she was offering, she made a rather alarming comment about removing us from Google and abruptly ended the call. I attempted to ring her back to voice my dissatisfaction with her lack of professionalism, only to have her continuously interrupt me. I'm now quite concerned about her threat regarding our presence on Google. Honestly, I think this business ought to be put out of its misery!
