I received a call from someone purporting to be from the Openreach Technical Team, and the woman on the other end had an accent reminiscent of either African or Indian. I decided to hang up for a couple of reasons: firstly, I'm a Virgin Media subscriber, and secondly, I simply have no patience for unsolicited calls!
