Had a run-in with an seo firm that just wastes your time. When I called them back to sort out some issues, they flat out said they’d never rung me and accused me of harassing THEM! The manager acted so immature, even starting to chant ‘you don't know what you're doing’ like some kind of playground nonsense. Proper frustrating experience.
