We've had a right nuisance from this company, ringing us no fewer than three times with offers to obtain "compensation" for a supposed car accident that allegedly took place on the 12th of June. On top of that, one of their representatives bombarded us with at least six more calls on both the 12th and the 13th of June from a mobile number, during which she made a couple of rather unpleasant homophobic comments. When we tried to contact the company to request their address, they outright refused to provide it and abruptly hung up on us. What a palaver!

Received a call at our residence on the 18th and 19th of August in 2009, just after we’d stepped out. My wife answered the phone and managed to acquire the ring back number. We returned the call at 18:51 on the 19th of August. The call was answered by someone named 'Dave,' who claimed to be affiliated with one of the largest legal firms in the country. H.

We received no fewer than three calls from this company, enticing us to pursue "compensation" supposedly linked to a car accident on Friday, 12th June. To add to our annoyance, one of their representatives proceeded to bombard us with a minimum of six additional calls on both Friday 12th and Sunday 13th June from a mobile phone. Disturbingly, during these conversations, she made at least two comments of a homophobic nature. When we attempted to reach out to the company for more information, they flatly refused to provide their address and abruptly ended the call.

We answered the call and it turned out to be much the same as what's been mentioned above. They mentioned the possibility of making a claim, though the individual on the other end was rather civil. It seems we're rather foolish for unintentionally divulging details regarding our accident. Later on, we were informed that, due to the incident dating back to 2006, we no longer had a claim. However, we're aware this is not right since we only managed to pass our driving test in 2007. Could anyone offer guidance on our next steps?

We had a phone call from them not too long ago, and regrettably, we provided some details over the line. Now, we're quite worried it might be some sort of scam. Have you come across any information regarding the company in question? Any assistance you could offer would be much appreciated.

I received a call from this number, and a chap named David was on the other end, keen to chat about potentially mis-sold insurance policies. He was rather aggressive and quite rude during our conversation.
