I'm not familiar with these individuals at all, so we simply hung up on them. It seems quite clear they’re from a marketing agency that disregards the Telephone Preference Service.

The conversation kicked off with, "Have you had any previous calls regarding your Google rankings?" To which I responded, "Indeed, I seem to get a call around three to four times weekly. It’s evident that my Google advertising strategy is paying off, seeing as so many folks are reaching out with offers for additional ads." At that point, the chap on the other end seemed to lose interest rather swiftly!
