My phone rang at about 8:06 in the morning, but I didn’t pick up. When I checked, it said the call was coming from Melton Mowbray. I have no contacts or connections with anyone or any companies there, plus it seemed way too early for a legit business call. Feels dodgy, probably a scam!

This seems like a really dodgy scam to me. The phone went off at about 7:50 in the morning and left a voicemail claiming to be from HMRC. They threatened that if I didn’t press one, they’d send a warrant and have me arrested. I’m glad I just caught the message on my phone and didn’t press anything. It’s awful how they try to trick decent folks like this.
