Been sorting out a claim myself recently, so nearly got caught out by this. I hung up at first, but they rang back - they’re usually not that pushy. They said they were from Aviva and offering compo for an accident. Played along for a bit, but once they asked for my NI number, I just stopped - no chance I’m handing that info to random callers!
