I got a call from someone claiming to be from HMRC. They said I was involved in tax fraud and threatened to arrest me if I didn’t pay up straight away. It was so scary at first but luckily I realised it was a scam. Don’t fall for it! They just want to scare you into handing over your money. Always double check with the official HMRC number if you get one of these calls.

Got a call from someone claiming to be from HMRC, using an automated voice. They said there was some tax fraud issue and that I was about to be arrested. Definitely a scam, very worrying!
