If I failed to do so, they warned that a warrant would be issued and someone would show up to arrest me. It's quite unprofessional, but I can see how some folks might fall for it.

Got a voicemail supposedly from the Inland Revenue about a court case because of unpaid taxes. It told me to press 1 to talk to an advisor, warning that if I didn’t, they’d send someone to arrest me. Sounds a bit dodgy and unprofessional to me, but I guess a few might fall for it.
