Phone number ☎️ 01610565201 👆 is reported as a persistent scam involving calls about fake accident claims and supposed refunds, often from different UK area codes. Callers mostly remain silent or use confusing foreign-accented messages, sometimes with aggressive or disrespectful language. Victims say it’s a pressure tactic to trick people into believing they’re owed money for accidents they never had. Multiple calls in a short time are common, with some receiving voicemails of unclear content relating to medical info. People have reported these calls to fraud authorities but complain the callers don’t stop. Emergency services like 999 or NHS don’t contact in this manner, so ignoring and blocking the number is a recurring suggestion among users.

1 monthEvery time I pick up the phone, it's like no one is actually talking, just silence.8 monthsGot a call about a £2300 PPI refund, told me I had money to claim. Didn't hang about, just told them to get lost. Total scam, be careful!9 monthsHad an emergency and dialled 999 and 111. A few hours afterwards, I got bombarded with calls and texts from unknown numbers. Some were from places like South Shields and Manchester. I ignored them, but the voicemails were weird, with strange voices using heavy Chinese accents asking for medical details and then calling me daft. Best to not pick up and let it go to voicemail. If it’s a real emergency, 999, 111 or the NHS won’t be contacting you this way. Give it a listen later and if it seems dodgy, block and report.South ShieldsManchesterNHS8 yearsI dunno how they manage to get hold of your phone number but I’ve had like 3 calls in under 10 minutes from different places in England apparently. Didn’t bother listening since I know I’ve not been in any accident.England8 yearsThis lot just wont stop, they keep ringing me from this number plus about 8 different ones, some mobiles and some with London area codes. I've reported them to Action Fraud and told them off but they just keep at it. I’ve had about six calls since yesterday afternoon.LondonAction Fraud8 yearsThey rang me two times back to back. Sounds like one of those accident claim people.8 yearsBest to not pick up. Sounds like a con artist calling.8 yearsJust got a call from a bloke abroad asking about a crash I supposedly had in the last three years. I told him no and he kept asking if I was sure. I said, you’re the one calling, so you tell me. He started babbling about owing thousands of pounds, so I asked to be taken off their list ’cause it was obviously nonsense. He agreed and ended the call. Sounds like a dodgy phone company hoping someone who’s had an accident answers and falls for it. I definitely haven’t. 28/1/19 13:39Submit Your Own Report (0161 056 5201)
