Had a really rubbish time with this call. Some bloke claimed to be from Openreach, asking about my router speed. I told him I don’t even have a computer and I’m actually with Sky. Then he just lost it and swore at me, asking if I was wasting his time. I wasn’t complaining about anything, just trying to be honest, but the guy was proper rude. Not impressed at all.
