I've been getting these calls now and then, maybe once or twice each month. However, today was odd because I got two calls back to back - one claiming to be from the Citizens Advice Bureau and the other from some RTA claims company. Neither organisation would normally cold call like that, so I told them straight away and both hung up quickly. I tried to sign up for the TPS using a link I found online, but my browser flagged it as unsafe and the website didn’t show the little padlock icon, so I didn’t continue. Does anyone know a trustworthy way to register?

Honestly, they’re so frustrating! I even warned them I was recording the call and planned to report them to the ICO and Action Fraud, but it didn’t faze them one bit. I’ve been reporting these calls fairly often, yet they always come from a new company name and a different number, so blocking them on my phone feels completely pointless.

I got a call that sounded like it was from some magazine or whatever. I didn't recognise the name at all and the way it came across was a bit intimidating, so I figured it must be spam!

This number has rung me two times already today. Every time I pick up, there's silence for a bit, then you hear what sounds like a busy call centre noise, and then it just hangs up. Not sure if it's spam or something else, but pretty annoying either way.
