I got loads of calls in just two days from someone saying they were from BT Openreach, but it was clearly a scam.

Watch out, these people are scammers looking to get your internet details. They use a fake UK number but are actually from Asia. When I asked which company they represented, the bloke swore at me and threw out some really rude words. Seriously, don’t trust them!

Just like the others, this caller had a foreign accent and said they were from BT Openreach. Total waste of time and I’d bet it’s a scam, really sketchy. Wouldn’t trust it for a second.

Got a ring early today but no voicemail was left, so I held off on picking up. Earlier, I also noticed calls from 01188020733 and 01957682964 within the same hour, which I think are linked. Just like before, I let the answerphone get going and still no message. Honestly, these callers should be stopped, maybe even with a good old ban.

Got three calls from this number today. The first one rang right after I got a dodgy call from somewhere else. The next two times the call cut off on me, and on the third call I just chose to not pick up. Bit fishy if you ask me.

I got a call from some guy who said he was from Openreach, sounded like he was Asian or something. Then later, I got another ring from a strange number beginning with 01230703591 but it was an international call. Definitely just ignore it. I checked with Openreach themselves and they told me they won’t ring you like that unless you’ve actually booked a service with them. So, don’t bother answering.

Got a call from some asian bloke at 09.09.56 saying there was an issue with our internet. I told him we don’t even have internet here. I just told him to buzz off and hung up straight away.

Total rip off! Got a call from someone saying they were from BT Openreach, telling me my line was damaged and that I needed to turn on my laptop for them to fix it. I told them straight up I wasn’t with BT and that it sounded like a scam. As soon as I said that, they just hung up on me!
