I'm pretty sure this is a scam, pretending to be from some sort of online security company, trying to rip people off with expensive fake software and tech support. They've been ringing me from loads of different forwarded numbers, this one included. I've blocked this number, along with several others they've used, and my best advice is just to ignore any calls like this. I've also reported these numbers to ActionFraud for good measure.
