I reckon this is just another scammer trying to pass themselves off as a dodgy web security service, demanding ridiculous fees for completely useless software and support. They've attempted to ring me from several redirected numbers, including this one. I've gone ahead and blocked this number, along with a bunch of others they seem to be using. I strongly recommend giving these calls a wide berth. I've also reported it to ActionFraud, adding it to my growing list of suspicious numbers.
