On the 2nd of May, 2019, I received a call from someone who was just breathing heavily and making all sorts of strange sounds. I ended up telling them to toughen up before I hung up the phone!

A chap with an Indian accent rang me up, purporting to represent some sort of phone blocking service. He insisted that today was my final chance to sign up. Then, rather cheekily, he requested my bank information. I politely told him to do one, albeit in a manner that was uniquely my own.

I received a call that didn’t utter a word, but interestingly, there was another call from a similar number, 01608664792. They actually asked for me by my last name, which is a bit odd considering I share it with two others at this address. Strangely enough, they repeated just my surname and then mentioned the incorrect address! Quite peculiar, to say the least.

It’s been non-stop for the past few weeks, with some days seeing as many as three or four calls. It’s becoming rather tiresome, to say the least! I've had enough of their incessant ringing, so I lost my temper and told her to remove my number from their list for good. It’s infuriating how often such scammers intrude on my peace.
