I found BT Cloud Phone to be quite misleading. The website doesn't really tell you the full story, which was frustrating. Definitely felt like they weren’t upfront about everything. Wouldn’t recommend it based on my experience.

They keep sending alerts from BT Cloud to our phones. Don't pick up if you get one, I'm pretty sure it's some kind of scam. Best to be really careful with it.

Just got a call, definitely a scam, best to not pick up or reply.

I got a call from an Asian woman talking about some survey, asking all sorts of strange questions. I could barely catch what she was saying. She asked if I owned my house, what brand my TV was, and what dishwasher I had. What really threw me off was that she already knew my postcode and address. That’s what made me feel a bit uneasy.
