Someone rang me saying they were from a computer support centre, telling me my software licence had expired. I hung up straight away. I've had quite a few calls like this where they try to get you to open up your computer, so I'm pretty sure it's a scam. I've never gone along with it, so I have no idea what they do if you actually let them in!
